When tougher machining is required, reach for coolant. Heat reduces tool life and can make some metals extremely difficult to machine. Premier Ultra 600 is a heavy duty, biodegradable, 100% oil-free machining and grinding fluid for use with ferrous and some non-ferrous metals. It contains rust and corrosion inhibitors, anti-foam agents, lubricity additives and biocides for longer sump life. The 1 Gallon of concentrate mixes at 15-20:1 for heavy machining, 20-25:1 for light to moderate machining.
