Overview

One of the biggest challenges for milling a small flat object is getting the mill close to the work without extending the quill all the way out. The further out you extend any tool, the more deflection and chatter you're likely to experience. The step block brings that work up to the mill spindle in a solid easy-to-use manner. It fastens to the mill table using the strap and clamp set, 35-000. Create different mounting configurations and get small projects up to the mill with this handy step block.
