- Step 1. Click on the link and fill out the application on-line.
- Step 2. Make sure every box is filled out, if a question is not applicable put a 0 or NA.
- Step 3. When approved, write down your approval amount and 16 digit account number and call us at 800-476-4849 to get an order created. This account number can not be used as a credit card to purchase items on our website.
- Step 4. You will need to provide 2 forms of ID. Here is a link of approved ID document
