90-Day Hands-On Trial for Smithy Machines

(All Smithy Granite and Midas 3-in-1 and Stand Alone Machines)

We strive to ensure your total satisfaction with your new machine tool. Under the conditions of our 90-day Hands-On Trial, all machine tools purchased directly from Smithy may be returned within 90 days of its ship date. If you are not fully satisfied, arrange to have the machine returned for a refund of the product’s original purchase price, less the *freight charges to and from your location, while also meeting the following criteria: 1) machine must be cleaned and in like-new condition when returned, 2) machine must also be returned in the original crate with all tooling included in tthe order, and 3) the price of any not cleaned, used, damaged or missing tooling will be deducted from the original purchase price.

*Freight Charges: Customer pays actual freight charges both directions as well as any additional services, i.e. lift gate. You will not be charged a flat rate shipping price, you will be charged for the actual freight cost.

Please Note: The 90-Day Hands-On Trial applies only to single-unit purchases. It is not transferable and does not cover items that have been modified or damaged by abuse, usage not in accordance with product instructions, improper care, or improper maintenance.
