A thread-cutting necessity, this pulley slows down your spindle speed allowing you to cut at slower speeds without losing torque. This pulley reduces the speed range on the 1220 machines by 50% on the dual-belt low-speed ranges only. Note: Replaces the current lathe idler pulley. (Belts pictured only come with 40-300G - belts already installed on Midas machine should be used with 40-300 and 40-300N).
